Welcome to the forums!
What you can feed depends on the age of your lizard.
Hatchlings and juveniles should only eat crickets, while Alligator Lizards 4+ months can eat waxworms and a few other types of worms from the pet store or an online supplier, but one thing to be aware of is never feed your Alligator lizard mealworms until he or she is full grown, and then you can feed him small mealworms.
Be sure to dust all food in calcium and Vitamin D powder, and don't get any insects to feed your lizards from outside!

I feed roaches. I feed roaches to ALL of my animals. Monitors, tree frogs tarantulas geckos bearded dragons and aligator lizards. Well the snakes dont eat the roaches.
